Where has this month gone?

This has been a very busy month for the team at Deborah Burke Costing Limited. We have seen lots of work coming through the office and some interesting technical work for me to get my teeth into.
I have also been busy dealing with the distribution of the Association of Costs Lawyer’s report “Modernising Bills of Costs” (http://www.costslawyer.co.uk/sites/default/files/11.10.11%20Report.pdf). There’s already been some very useful and positive feedback, so please feel free to contact me with your thoughts on the report, its conclusions and (most importantly for Costs Lawyers and fee earners) its recommendation that a pilot study should evaluate the new bill format which we have proposed.
