within detailed assessment hearings. Comprehensive preparation
and practical experience of both challenging and defending
claims for costs is essential to success in court. You can
rely on our expert costs draftsmen to deal with all aspects
of the advocacy process on your behalf.
Training
We are accredited by the Law Society to provide
training courses dealing with all aspects of the costs recovery
process. We are happy to provide first class training for
individual firms on all matters relating to costs, by way
of in house seminars.
Our Charges and Payment Terms
Charges
In addition to our high standards of bill preparation,
we also offer very competitive rates for all work carried

Payment terms
Our standard terms provide for invoices to be
paid within thirty days of delivery. For clients who send
us a high volume of files, we are happy to provide extended
credit terms of up to ninety days.

Courier Request Form – Clients wishing to send us high value cases may qualify* for our free collection and delivery service. Simply print and complete this form and post or fax it to us, or alternatively, send us an email requesting a collection by courier.
* The free service is at the discretion of Deborah Burke Costing Limited and is based on, but not limited to, the value of any files to be sent and the location of the client.
